People search online for information all the time - rarely are they searching for a sales pitch. Does your website read like a helpful friend or an online sales brochure? Ask yourself, what type of website most appeals to you when you go searching?

Before you can sell anything, you need to establish trust. Offer information freely, you have so much you can give!
