Uploading media to the Media Manager Firstly, you need to log in to publicise, with your details. Once you’ve landed, click on the tab titled MEDIA. This section allows you to upload all types of media files, from jpg’s, to pdf’s and more. Here you can upload files straight to the media section, but it is probably a much better option to create folders, to help structure and organise your media manager properly. In the bottom right hand corner, you will see a button, CREATE NEW FOLDER, once on this page, type in the folder name and click “create folder”, it’s that simple, done. Your folder structure can contain as many or as few folders that you want. Consider having folders inside each section - such as a folder for IMAGES, a folder for VIDEO CLIPS, a folder for FLASH, a folder for PDF’s etc. Finally, once you have uploaded these media files to your media manager, you are set to put in images, flash files, video clips, or audio files, straight into your web page via our Publicise system.
